Kennedia Consulting Limited - Our client, a Leading Premium Spirits Distributor, in a bid to drive sales growth and expand market presence across Nigeria, is recruiting qualified candidates to fill the position below:

Job Title: Van Sales Representative

Locations: Abuja (FCT), Lagos, Rivers, Ogun, Oyo, Delta, Enugu, Anambra, Kano, Kaduna, Edo, Kogi, and Plateau

Key Responsibilities

• Drive assigned routes to sell and distribute products to retail outlets
• Build and maintain strong customer relationships
• Achieve daily and monthly sales targets
• Ensure proper product visibility and merchandising at outlets
• Monitor stock levels and coordinate replenishment
• Provide market feedback and competitor insights

Requirements

• OND / HND / BSc in any discipline
• Minimum of 2 years’ FMCG field sales experience
• Valid driver’s licence
• Good knowledge of road networks within assigned location
• Ability to use Android devices and sales applications
• Strong communication, negotiation, and target-driven mindset

Salary & Benefits

• N180,000 monthly.
• N200,000 performance bonus
