Job Title: Sales Executive Manager

Location: Owerri, Imo

About the Role

  • We are looking for a high-performing Sales Executive Manager to drive sales growth and market expansion for the Guinness portfolio in Owerri and surrounding territories.
  • The ideal candidate should have strong experience in FMCG sales, distributor management, and route-to-market execution.

Key Responsibilities

  • Drive sales performance and volume growth
  • Manage and oversee distributors, wholesalers, and key retail accounts
  • Lead, coach, and supervise field sales representatives to achieve targets
  • Execute trade marketing and in-market activation strategies
  • Monitor stock levels, product availability, and distribution efficiency
  • Identify new business opportunities and expand market coverage
  • Analyze sales data, track KPIs, and provide actionable insights
  • Ensure brand visibility and compliance with merchandising standards.

Requirements

  • Bachelor’s Degree in Marketing, Business Administration, or related fields
  • 1 - 10 years of experience in FMCG sales (alcoholic beverages experience is a strong advantage)
  • Proven experience managing distributors and sales teams
  • Strong knowledge of Owerri and South-East market dynamics
  • Excellent negotiation, leadership, and communication skills
  • Ability to work in a target-driven, fast-paced environment.
