Job Title: Project Manager

Location: Lagos

Role Overview

• The Project Manager is responsible for the planning, coordination, and successful delivery of assigned construction projects.
• The role ensures projects are completed on time, within budget, and to required quality standards, while managing site teams and key stakeholders.

Key Responsibilities

• Plan and execute projects from start to completion.
• Supervise Site Managers and coordinate daily site activities.
• Monitor timelines, budgets, and resource allocation.
• Ensure quality standards and compliance with safety regulations.
• Identify risks, resolve issues, and prevent delays.
• Liaise with clients, consultants, and vendors.
• Provide regular progress and performance reports to the Site Lead.

Salary
N200,000 - N300,000 / month.
