Job Title: Project Manager

Location: Airport Road, Abuja

Job Description

• The Project Manager will be responsible for planning, executing, monitoring, and completing projects within scope, budget, and schedule.
• The role includes coordinating multidisciplinary teams, managing resources, tracking progress, resolving issues, and ensuring that project deliverables meet quality and client expectations.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in Project Management, Civil Engineering, Architecture, Construction Management, or a related field.
• Minimum of 10 years of relevant experience in project management, preferably in construction, architecture, or engineering projects.
• Strong knowledge of project planning, budgeting, scheduling, risk management, and reporting.
• Proficiency in project management tools such as MS Project, Primavera, Excel, or similar software.
• Excellent leadership, communication, negotiation, and problem-solving skills.
• Ability to manage multiple stakeholders and coordinate cross-functional teams.
• PMP, PRINCE2, or other professional certification is an advantage.
