Job Title: Cyforce Elite Squad (CES)

The Mission
- We are expanding its premier unit. We are seeking 10 disciplined, proactive, and discreet professionals to join the Cyforce Elite Squad (CES).
- This squad is responsible for the personal safety of assigned principals, their families, and the security of high-end corporate and private venues.
Key Responsibilities & Core Skills
- Conflict Resolution: Expertly de-escalate tense situations and handle disruptive individuals with a firm, professional demeanor.
- Firefighting skills & Emergency Response: Act as a first responder in fire emergencies and medical crises, following established safety SOPs.
- Close Protection: Execute comprehensive protective services (static, residential, and mobile) for assigned principals.
- Tactical Operations: Adhere to customized security protocols, including defensive driving and evasive maneuvers in case of emergencies.
- Intelligence & Risk Assessment: Conduct proactive Threat and Risk Assessments (TRA) and meticulous advance work for all movements and environments.
- Technology Integration: Utilize modern security systems, including CCTV, access control, and secure communication devices.
Required Profile & Qualifications
We are recruiting only the highest caliber security professionals. Candidates must meet the following:
- Minimum Education: SSCE with at least 5 credits, including English and Mathematics. (Must be able to read and write fluently).
- Physical Fitness: Must be physically fit, macho, and big-bodied with an imposing presence.
- Experience: Minimum 3–5 years of verifiable experience in military special forces, elite law enforcement, or private Close Protection roles.
- Licensing: A valid Close Protection/Bodyguard or SIA license is a major added advantage.
- Essential Skills: Demonstrated expertise in defensive tactics, situational awareness, and emergency medical response.
- Professionalism: Impeccable history, polished appearance, and absolute discretion.
Training & Deployment:
Selected candidates will undergo intensive specialized training in:
- Advanced Self-Defense & Tactical Combat
- Modern Firefighting Techniques
- Incident Management SOPs
