Job Title: Account Officer

Location: Ikoyi, Lagos
Employment Type: Full-time

Job Description

  • We're seeking a highly motivated and detail-oriented Account/Admin Officer to join our dynamic team near Ikoyi, Lagos Island.
  • As a key member of our staff, you'll be responsible for managing administrative tasks, handling financial transactions, providing administrative support, and assisting with ticketing operations.

Key Responsibilities

  • Manage accounts payable and receivable
  • Process invoices, payments, and expenses
  • Maintain accurate financial records and reports
  • Assist with ticketing operations, including flight bookings and itinerary management
  • Provide administrative support to the team
  • Handle correspondence and communications
  • Assist with budgeting and financial analysis.

Requirements

  • HND / BSc in Accounting, Business Administration, or related field
  • 1-3 years of experience in admin or accounting role
  • Knowledge of ticketing systems (GDS) is an advantage
  • Proficiency in accounting software (QuickBooks or similar) and Microsoft Excel
  • Strong organizational and communication skills
  • Attention to detail and ability to work under pressure.

  • Resident of Ikoyi, Victoria Island, or nearby areas (Lagos Island)
  • Location: Proximity to Ikoyi will be prioritised.
