The first product sold by MCPL in 1996 was Indomie and since then it has played a seminal role in making Indomie a household brand in Nigeria. Job Title: Receptionist
Location: Victoria Island, Lagos
Employment Type: Full-time
Job Summary
- The lounge receptionist serves as the first point of contact for guests, ensuring a warm welcome and a smooth, enjoyable experience.
Key Responsibilities
- Greet and welcome guests promptly and courteously
- Manage reservations, bookings, and walk-in guests
- Answer calls and respond to customer inquiries
- Escort guests to their seats or reserved sections
- Coordinate with service staff to ensure efficient guest flow
- Handle customer concerns or complaints professionally
- Maintain a clean and organized reception area.
- Monitor guest traffic and assist in crowd control when necessary.
Qualifications
- Minimum of an HND / BSc Degree or equivalent
- Previous experience in hospitality, customer service, or a similar role is an advantage
- Ability to work flexible hours, including evenings and weekends.
Requirements:
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Friendly, well-groomed, and professional appearance
- Ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment
- Basic computer skills or experience with booking systems
- Strong customer service orientation.
