Job Summary

• We are seeking an experienced Oracle Fusion Financial Functional Consultant with strong hands-on expertise in the latest version of Oracle Fusion Cloud (Redwood UI).
• The ideal candidate will possess deep functional knowledge of Oracle Fusion Financial modules, strong financial process understanding, and the ability to support end-to-end financial operations and system optimization.

Key Responsibilities

• Implement, configure, and support Oracle Fusion Financial Cloud applications.
• Provide functional expertise across Oracle Fusion Financial modules.
• Analyze business requirements and translate them into functional system solutions.
• Support finance users in daily operations and resolve system-related issues.
• Ensure accurate accounting flow and integration across financial modules.
• Participate in system testing activities including SIT, UAT, and regression testing.
• Provide post-go-live system support and user assistance.
• Monitor financial transactions and ensure compliance with accounting standards.
• Collaborate with technical teams for system enhancements and integrations.
• Prepare functional documentation, process flows, and user training materials.

Core Functional Modules Expertise:
The candidate must have hands-on experience in:

• Accounts Payable (AP)
• Accounts Receivable (AR)
• General Ledger (GL)
• Fixed Assets (FA)
• Cash Management (CM)
• Expense Management
• Landed Cost Management (LCM)
• Treasury Management
• Import / Export Financial Processes

Business Process Expertise:
Strong experience in the following end-to-end financial processes:

• Procure-to-Pay (P2P)
• Order-to-Cash (O2C)
• Intercompany Reconciliation
• Cross-Module Accounting Integration

Financial Knowledge Requirements:

• Strong understanding of financial accounting principles.
• Ability to analyze and interpret financial statements including:
  • Profit & Loss (P&L)
  • Balance Sheet
  • Trial Balance
• Ensure accurate financial reporting and transaction processing.

Required Skills & Competencies

• Strong hands-on experience with Oracle Fusion Cloud Financials (Redwood UI).
• Excellent functional and analytical problem-solving skills.
• Ability to support business users and troubleshoot functional issues.
• Strong understanding of accounting workflows and financial controls.
• Experience working in implementation and support environments.
• Effective communication and stakeholder management skills.

Preferred Qualifications

• Bachelor’s Degree in Finance, Accounting, Information Systems, or related field.
• Oracle Fusion Financials certification is an added advantage.
• Experience in ERP implementation or transformation projects preferred.
