We are recruiting to fill the position below:
Job Title: Administrative Officer / Teacher
Location: Alagbado, Lagos
Employment Type: Full-time
Key Responsibilities
Administrative & Accounting Duties:
- Manage daily administrative operations of the school.
- Maintain accurate records of students, staff, and school activities.
- Handle correspondence, documentation, and filing systems.
- Support school management in planning and executing academic and non-academic activities.
- Monitor attendance records for staff and students.
- Assist in organizing meetings, events, and examinations.
- Ensure compliance with school policies and regulatory requirements.
- Maintain accurate financial records, including income and expenditure.
- Record school fees, payments, and other revenue streams.
- Issue receipts and track outstanding fees.
- Prepare basic financial reports (daily, weekly, or monthly).
- Teach assigned subjects.
Qualifications
- Interested candidates should possess an OND, NCE, or HND with 1-2 years experience.
- Candidates leaving around Ijaiye-Ojokoro, Alagbado, Kola, Alakuko and its environs will be given high priority.
Salary
N50,000 - N60,000 / Month.
