We are recruiting to fill the position below:
Job Title: Finance Cordinator
Location: Lekki Phase One, Lagos
Employment Type: Full-time
Key Responsibilities
- Develop and execute financial strategies to support the growth and profitability of the business.
- Oversee financial planning, budgeting, and forecasting processes for each business unit.
- Monitor financial performance, analyze variances, and provide insights to senior management to support decision-making.
- Manage cash flow, investment activities, and risk management
- Handle financial reporting and analysis, including the preparation of financial statements, regulatory filings, and management reports.
- Ensure compliance with financial regulations, accounting standards, and internal controls
- Collaborate with external auditors, tax advisors, and regulatory authorities to fulfill financial reporting
Knowledge, Skills, and Abilities
- Bachelor's Degree or HND qualification in Finance, Accounting, Business Administration, or a related field.
- Ican in view minimum
- Handling finances within the Real estate industry is required.
