Job Description

• The Content Creator / Social Media Marketer will be responsible for developing, capturing, and managing digital content that reflects the brand’s identity and enhances its online presence.
• This role focuses on storytelling, audience engagement, and driving visibility across all social media platforms.

Key Responsibilities

• Create high-quality visual content (photos, videos, reels, short-form content)
• Manage and grow social media platforms (Instagram, Facebook, TikTok, YouTube)
• Plan and execute a consistent content calendar
• Capture real-time content during events, guest experiences, and daily activities
• Edit and produce engaging content using modern tools
• Monitor social media trends and apply them strategically
• Engage with followers, respond to comments and messages
• Track performance metrics and optimize content strategy
• Collaborate with marketing and operations teams for campaigns

Required Skills

• Strong photography and videography skills
• Proficiency in content editing tools (CapCut, Canva, Adobe Suite, etc.)
• Solid understanding of social media algorithms and trends
• Creative storytelling and content planning ability
• Good communication and interpersonal skills
• Attention to detail and visual aesthetics
• Ability to work under pressure and meet deadlines.
