Job Summary

• We are seeking a skilled and experienced Mold Operator to join our steel manufacturing operations in Sabon Wuse, Niger State.
• The ideal candidate must have hands-on experience working with molds in the steel industry and be capable of operating and maintaining molds to ensure high-quality production and safety standards.

Key Responsibilities

• Operate, set up, and maintain molds used in steel production processes
• Ensure molds are prepared correctly before production runs
• Monitor mold performance during operations and make necessary adjustments
• Identify and report defects, wear, or maintenance needs on molds
• Follow safety procedures and company operational standards at all times
• Work closely with production and maintenance teams to achieve output targets.

Requirements

• Proven experience as a Mold Operator in the steel industry (mandatory)
• Good understanding of mold operations, handling, and maintenance
• Ability to read and follow technical instructions and safety guidelines
• Strong attention to detail and quality control
• Willingness to work in shifts, if required
• Residence in or willingness to relocate to Sabon Wuse, Niger State is an advantage.
