Job Summary
- We’re hiring a customer-focused Customer Service Representative with experience in the fashion industry to handle inquiries, manage orders, and ensure excellent customer experience.
Responsibilities
- Respond to customer inquiries via phone, email, and social media
- Assist customers with orders, complaints, returns, and product information
- Maintain a positive, empathetic, and professional attitude toward customers
- Process orders, forms, and requests accurately
- Follow up with customers to ensure satisfaction
- Collaborate with sales and operations teams to resolve issues
- Keep records of customer interactions and transactions
- Stay updated on fashion products, trends, and promotions
Requirements
- Bachelor’s Degree or relevant qualification
- 2–3 years experience in customer service, preferably in the fashion or retail industry
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
- Good problem-solving and conflict-resolution abilities
- Familiarity with CRM systems and social media platforms
- Ability to multitask and work in a fast-paced environment
- Passion for fashion and customer experience.
Salary
N120,000 - N150,000 monthly.
