We are recruiting to fill the position below:

Job Title: Secretary

Location: Freedom Way, Lekki - Lagos
Employment Type: Full-time (9:00 AM – 5:00 PM)

Job Summary

  • We are seeking a smart, organized, and proactive Secretary to support daily administrative operations within our real estate and construction company.
  • The ideal candidate will be responsible for managing office tasks, coordinating schedules, and ensuring smooth communication within the organization.

Key Responsibilities

  • Manage and organize office files, documents, and records
  • Handle incoming calls, emails, and correspondence professionally
  • Schedule meetings, appointments, and site visits
  • Prepare reports, memos, and presentations as required
  • Assist with client inquiries and follow-ups
  • Maintain office supplies and ensure smooth office operations
  • Support management with administrative tasks
  • Coordinate with other departments when necessary

Requirements

  • Minimum of OND / HND / BSc in a relevant field
  • Proven experience as a secretary or administrative assistant (experience in real estate/construction is an advantage)
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, Outlook)
  • Good organizational and multitasking abilities
  • Professional appearance and attitude
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team.

Salary
N200,000 / month.
