Employment Type: Full-time (9:00 AM – 5:00 PM)
Job Summary
- We are seeking a smart, organized, and proactive Secretary to support daily administrative operations within our real estate and construction company.
- The ideal candidate will be responsible for managing office tasks, coordinating schedules, and ensuring smooth communication within the organization.
Key Responsibilities
- Manage and organize office files, documents, and records
- Handle incoming calls, emails, and correspondence professionally
- Schedule meetings, appointments, and site visits
- Prepare reports, memos, and presentations as required
- Assist with client inquiries and follow-ups
- Maintain office supplies and ensure smooth office operations
- Support management with administrative tasks
- Coordinate with other departments when necessary
Requirements
- Minimum of OND / HND / BSc in a relevant field
- Proven experience as a secretary or administrative assistant (experience in real estate/construction is an advantage)
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, Outlook)
- Good organizational and multitasking abilities
- Professional appearance and attitude
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
