We are recruiting to fill the position below:

Job Title: Accountant

Location: Ojodu Berger, Lagos
Employment Type: Full-time

Job Responsibilities

• Monitor and account for inventory purchases, stock movements, and shrinkage.
• Prepare and maintain accurate financial records and ledgers.
• Handle accounts payable (suppliers) and receivable (credit customers, if applicable).
• Prepare monthly financial statements, including profit and loss reports.
• Assist in budgeting, forecasting, and cost control for store operations.
• Ensure proper documentation of all financial transactions.
• Support periodic stock counts and audits.
• Liaise with external auditors, tax consultants, and regulatory bodies.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s Degree in Accounting, Finance, or related field
• 3-4 years experience as an Accountant, preferably in retail or supermarket operations.
• Strong understanding of inventory accounting and retail financial processes.

Salary
N150,000 - N200,000 / month.
