Role Overview

• We are seeking a results-driven Field Sales Executive to drive revenue growth through proactive customer acquisition, relationship management, and deal closure. The ideal candidate will be responsible for identifying new business opportunities, managing client relationships, and achieving sales targets across assigned territories.

Requirements

• Minimum of 3 years’ proven experience in sales, business development, or customer-facing roles (field and telesales)
• Minimum of HND in a relevant discipline
• Proven track record of meeting or exceeding sales targets
• Strong skills in prospecting, lead generation, and closing deals
• Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills
• Strong strategic thinking, analytical ability, and work ethic
• Highly motivated and result-driven.

Salary and Benefits

• N100,000 - N150,000 / Month (based on experience)
• Transportation allowance (for field activities) + Sales incentives
