We are recruiting to fill the position below:

Job Title: FTTH Project Sales Director

Location: Lagos
Job Type: Full-time

Responsibilities

  • Drive FTTH sales performance across assigned regions and deliver Home Connect targets
  • Act as the key interface with MTN HQ and align on sales strategy and execution
  • Lead and manage City Managers and regional sales teams to ensure target achievement
  • Develop and execute scalable sales strategies to improve conversion (Home Pass to Home Connect)
  • Manage key relationships with property partners, channels, and government stakeholders
  • Coordinate with deployment teams to ensure effective sales launch post rollout
  • Monitor performance, provide forecasts, and drive continuous optimization.

Requirements

  • Experience in telecom (FTTH/broadband), FMCG, or large-scale field sales management
  • Proven ability to lead teams and deliver sales targets across multiple regions
  • Strong experience in channel management and field sales operations
  • Experience working with major operators (e.g., MTN) is a plus
  • Strong stakeholder management, communication, and negotiation skills
  • Good analytical skills with proficiency in MS Office
  • Willingness to travel frequently.
