Job Description

• Our client is seeking a talented and creative Content Creator to join our team.
• The ideal candidate will be responsible for producing engaging and high-quality content that showcases our properties and services.
• This role requires site visits to capture authentic visuals and stories that resonate with our audience.

Responsibilities

• Visit real estate sites to gather content (photos, videos, stories).
• Create compelling written, visual, and multimedia content for marketing campaigns. 
• Develop engaging social media posts, blog articles, and promotional materials.
• Collaborate with the marketing team to align content with business goals.
• Ensure all content reflects the brand’s voice and values.

Requirements

• Proven experience as a content creator, preferably in real estate or related industries.
• Strong photography, videography, and editing skills.
• Excellent writing and storytelling abilities.
• Ability to work independently and meet deadlines.
• Creativity, attention to detail, and a passion for real estate.

Salary
N150,000 – N200,000 per month.
