Job Overview

  • We are recruiting a structured and results-driven Logistics Manager to oversee fleet operations and manage drivers within a fast-paced logistics and distribution environment.
  • The successful candidate will be responsible for coordinating driver activities, ensuring timely deliveries, monitoring compliance, and maintaining operational efficiency across logistics processes.
  • This role requires strong leadership, organizational skills, and the ability to manage field teams effectively.
  • Ultimately, you will ensure smooth daily logistics operations, driver accountability, and consistent service delivery.

Key Responsibilities

  • Supervise and manage all drivers to ensure timely and efficient delivery operations.
  • Plan and coordinate daily logistics activities, including dispatch schedules and route management.
  • Monitor driver performance, attendance, and compliance with company policies and safety standards.
  • Track deliveries and resolve operational issues or delays promptly.
  • Maintain accurate records of trips, fuel usage, and vehicle activities.
  • Ensure proper communication between drivers, operations team, and management.
  • Enforce discipline and handle driver-related issues, including escalations where necessary.
  • Monitor vehicle usage and coordinate basic maintenance reporting

Requirements

  • Candidates should possess an OND / HND / BSc in Logistics, Business Administration, or a related field with 2–3 years’ experience in logistics, fleet management, or operations supervision.
  • Proven experience managing drivers or field staff.
  • Strong organizational and coordination skills.
  • Good communication and leadership abilities.
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced, operations-driven environment.
  • Basic knowledge of logistics processes and route planning.
  • High level of accountability and problem-solving skills.

Salary
N180,000 / Month (Net).
