We are recruiting to fill the position below:

Job Title: Inventory Officer

Location: Opebi-Ikeja, Lagos
Employment Type: Full-time

Responsibilities

• Conducting regular inventory audits.
• Ensuring accurate reconciliation of inventory records.
• Monitoring stock levels and initiating replenishment orders as needed.
• Ensure new prices are updated on all cashier for MOL and dealers
• Registration, confirmation and performance review of distributors every 3months
• Documenting inventory transactions and maintaining records.
• Reconciliation of invoices & payments monthly
• Execute warrantyandreturns
• Share customers debtors list end of every month
• Reconcile MOL and dealers account monthly by email with their monthly stock balance
• General banking transactions
• Monitor invoicing, supplies and confirmation of products
• Bi-monthly stock taking both in Alaba and PS warehouses first week and third week of every month.
• Handles warranty and returns, works with the Cashier on smooth execution.

Salary
N80,000 - N100,000 per month.
