Bons Industries Limited is a reputable food processing company is looking for the service of an experienced and professional food scientist that can formulate multiple spices for our food processing company.
We are recruiting to fill the position below:
Job Title: Area Sales Manager
Locations: Enugu, and Ebonyi
Responsibilties
- Develop and implement sales strategies for the assigned area
- Manage, supervise, and motivate sales teams and field agents
- Set and monitor sales targets and KPIs
- Expand market coverage and identify new business opportunities.
Requirements
- Minimum of a Bachelor’s Degree in Marketing, Business Administration, Economics, or any related field
- MBA or professional certifications in sales/management (an added advantage)
- 5 - 8 years of progressive experience in sales
- At least 2–3 years in a supervisory or managerial role
- Strong leadership and team management skills
- Excellent sales planning and execution.
Salary
N300,000 - N400,000 / month.
