We are recruiting to fill the position below:

Job Title: Business Development Manager

Location: Surulere, Lagos
Employment Type: Full-time

Job Responsibilities

  • Develop and implement business development strategies for inverter and lithium battery (ESS) products.
  • Identify and convert new business opportunities within the assigned region.
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with clients, installers, developers, and partners.
  • Conduct sales presentations, negotiations, and close deals successfully.
  • Track leads, manage customer data, and prepare sales reports using digital tools.
  • Monitor market trends, competitor activities, and customer needs.
  • Achieve and exceed assigned sales targets.
  • Represent the company professionally at meetings, site visits, and industry events.

Requirements

  • Male candidate preferred.
  • Minimum of HND or Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Marketing, Engineering, or a related discipline.
  • Proven experience in solar/inverter sales, ESS solutions, or real estate business development.
  • Strong knowledge of inverters, lithium batteries, and energy storage systems is an advantage.
  • Computer literate — proficient in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint), email
  • communication, and CRM or sales tracking tools.
  • Excellent communication, negotiation, and closing skills.
  • Self-motivated, results-driven, and able to work independently.
  • Presentable, confident, and customer-oriented
  • Ability to work onsite and within a team
  • Basic knowledge of sales techniques and customer engagement.

Salary
₦200,000 Monthly + Attractive Sales Commission.
