Job Summary
- We are seeking an experienced and skilled EMBA Operator (Die Cutting Operator) to join our production team. The ideal candidate will have hands-on experience operating die cutting machines, particularly within reputable packaging or manufacturing companies, and must demonstrate precision, efficiency, and adherence to safety standards.
Key Responsibilities
- Operate and maintain EMBA die cutting machines efficiently
- Set up machines for production runs according to specifications
- Monitor production quality and ensure output meets required standards
- Perform routine maintenance and troubleshooting of equipment
- Minimize material waste and optimize machine performance
- Adhere to all safety and operational procedures
- Collaborate with the production team to meet daily targets
Requirements
- Candidates should possess a Bachelor's Degree or HND with a minimum of 5 years’ experience as a Die Cutting Operator.
- Prior experience working with any of the following companies is highly preferred: Veevee, Nisalee, Green Packaging, Jaro
- Strong technical knowledge of die cutting processes and machinery
- Ability to read and interpret job specifications and technical drawings
- High attention to detail and quality control
- Good problem-solving and troubleshooting skills
Salary and Benefits
- N200,000 - N250,000 / Month.
