Job Title: Chartered Accountant (Female)

Location: Sabo, Yaba – Lagos 
Employment Type: Full-time

Job Summary

• A cosmetics company in Sabo, Yaba is seeking a detail-oriented and experienced Chartered Accountant to manage financial operations, ensure compliance with tax regulations, and support business growth.
• The ideal candidate will have strong knowledge of accounting principles, tax practices, and financial reporting.
• Experience working in inventory-driven environments such as retail, cosmetics, or fashion is an added advantage.

Key Responsibilities

• Prepare and maintain accurate financial records and reports
• Handle tax computations, filings, and ensure compliance with statutory regulations
• Monitor and reconcile accounts, including bank statements and general ledgers
• Support budgeting, forecasting, and financial planning processes
• Ensure proper documentation of all financial transactions
• Assist with internal and external audit processes
• Monitor cash flow and provide financial insights for decision-making
• Oversee and track inventory records (where applicable)

Requirements

• Must be a Chartered Accountant (ICAN/ACCA or equivalent)
• Minimum of 2 year relevant work experience
• Strong knowledge of taxation and accounting practices
• Experience in inventory management is an added advantage
• Proficiency in Microsoft Excel and accounting software
• High attention to detail and accuracy
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
• Good communication and organizational skills
• Female candidates are preferred for this role

Salary
N200,000 – N250,000 / month.
