Summary
- We are hiring a Field Support Officer to provide on-site support for POS terminals in Yaba and Surulere.
Responsibilities
- Install, maintain, and troubleshoot POS terminals
- Provide support to merchants and resolve issues promptly
- Monitor device performance and ensure uptime
- Report field activities and feedback.
Requirements
- Minimum of an OND qualification
- Basic knowledge of POS operations
- Good communication and problem-solving skills
- Ability to work in the field and meet daily targets.
