Job Title: Sales Team Lead (Real Estate)

Location: Ibadan, Oyo
Employment Type: Full-Time

About the Role

  • We are seeking a high-performing Sales Team Lead to drive revenue growth and lead sales operations across Lagos and Ibadan. This role requires a strategic thinker with strong leadership capacity, proven sales expertise, and the ability to build and manage a results-driven sales team.

Key Responsibilities

  • Develop and execute sales strategies to achieve and exceed revenue targets across Lagos and Ibadan markets
  • Lead, supervise, and motivate a team of sales executives to drive performance and accountability
  • Identify new business opportunities, partnerships, and market expansion channels
  • Monitor sales metrics, prepare reports, and provide actionable insights to management
  • Train, coach, and mentor team members to improve closing rates and productivity
  • Oversee lead generation activities, client engagement, and conversion processes
  • Ensure excellent customer experience throughout the sales cycle
  • Collaborate with marketing teams to align campaigns with sales objectives
  • Drive site inspections, client presentations, and deal closures
  • Maintain strong relationships with clients, investors, and key stakeholders

Requirements

  • Minimum of 5 years’ experience in sales, preferably in real estate or a related industry
  • Proven track record of meeting or exceeding sales targets
  • Strong leadership and team management experience
  • Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills
  • Ability to develop and implement effective sales strategies
  • Strong understanding of the Lagos and Ibadan real estate markets
  • Self-motivated, result-oriented, and able to work under pressure
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office and CRM tools
