Job Title: Sales Team Lead (Real Estate)
Location: Ibadan, Oyo

About the Role
- We are seeking a high-performing Sales Team Lead to drive revenue growth and lead sales operations across Lagos and Ibadan. This role requires a strategic thinker with strong leadership capacity, proven sales expertise, and the ability to build and manage a results-driven sales team.
Key Responsibilities
- Develop and execute sales strategies to achieve and exceed revenue targets across Lagos and Ibadan markets
- Lead, supervise, and motivate a team of sales executives to drive performance and accountability
- Identify new business opportunities, partnerships, and market expansion channels
- Monitor sales metrics, prepare reports, and provide actionable insights to management
- Train, coach, and mentor team members to improve closing rates and productivity
- Oversee lead generation activities, client engagement, and conversion processes
- Ensure excellent customer experience throughout the sales cycle
- Collaborate with marketing teams to align campaigns with sales objectives
- Drive site inspections, client presentations, and deal closures
- Maintain strong relationships with clients, investors, and key stakeholders
Requirements
- Minimum of 5 years’ experience in sales, preferably in real estate or a related industry
- Proven track record of meeting or exceeding sales targets
- Strong leadership and team management experience
- Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills
- Ability to develop and implement effective sales strategies
- Strong understanding of the Lagos and Ibadan real estate markets
- Self-motivated, result-oriented, and able to work under pressure
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office and CRM tools
