Job Description

• We are seeking an experienced Pastry Chef to oversee the preparation of high-quality national and intercontinental desserts, pastries, and baked goods in line with 4-star hotel standards.

Key Responsibilities

• Prepare and present pastries, desserts, breads, and cakes
• Create and update dessert menus and recipes
• Ensure consistency, quality, and presentation standards
• Control costs, portions, and wastage
• Maintain hygiene and food safety standards
• Supervise junior pastry/kitchen staff

Requirements & Experience

• Certificate / Diploma in Pastry or Culinary Arts or related fields/experience level.
• 2-3 years experience as a Pastry Chef in a reputable hotel or bakery
• Strong creativity and attention to detail
• Knowledge of modern and classic pastry techniques
• Good time management and leadership skills.
