Job Title: Business Development Executive

Key Responsibilities
- Identify and develop new business opportunities through field, digital, and referral channels
- Generate leads and convert prospects into clients/customers
- Develop and execute marketing campaigns to increase brand awareness and sales
- Build and maintain strong relationships with clients and partners
- Conduct market research to identify trends, customer needs, and competitor activities
- Prepare and deliver sales pitches, proposals, and presentations
- Meet and exceed monthly sales and revenue targets
- Track, analyze, and report on marketing and sales performance
- Collaborate with internal teams to improve product positioning and customer experience
Requirements
- Educational Qualification: Minimum of OND, or HND in Marketing, Business Administration, or any related field.
- At least 1 year of proven experience in sales, business development, or client relationship management.
- Demonstrated ability to meet or exceed sales targets, generate leads, and convert prospects into paying customers.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills with the ability to present products/services professionally to clients.
- Strong negotiation, presentation, and interpersonal skills to build and maintain lasting customer relationships.
- Ability to understand customer needs and provide appropriate solutions to ensure satisfaction and retention.
- Proficiency in using Microsoft Office tools (Word, Excel, PowerPoint) and familiarity with CRM or sales tracking software are advantages.
- All applicants must live in Ipaja or Close to Ipaja, eg, Ayobo, Command, etc
- Familiarity with Lagos market dynamics is an added advantage.
