Job Title: Project Coordinator

Summary
- We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced project coordinator to join our team.
- The ideal candidate must have a strong background in construction and site management, with professional qualifications as an Architect, Quantity Surveyor, or Structural Engineer.
- The successful candidate will be responsible for overseeing project planning, execution, and delivery while ensuring quality, cost-effectiveness, and timely completion.
Key Responsibilities
- Plan, coordinate, and manage construction projects from initiation to completion.
- Supervise and monitor site activities to ensure compliance with designs, standards, and safety regulations.
- Prepare and review project schedules, budgets, and progress reports.
- Liaise with clients, consultants, contractors, and other stakeholders to ensure smooth project execution.
- Identify potential risks and implement effective solutions to mitigate delays and cost overruns.
- Ensure strict adherence to quality control and health & safety standards.
- Ensure that deadlines are met
- Manage site teams and provide leadership to achieve project objectives.
Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in Architecture, Quantity Surveying, or Structural Engineering (Master’s degree is an advantage).
- Minimum of 5 years relevant experience with hands-on involvement in site management.
- Strong understanding of construction processes, materials, and project management methodologies.
- Excellent leadership, communication, and problem-solving skills.
- Proficiency in project management software and tools (e.g., MS Project, AutoCAD).
- Membership of a recognized professional body (e.g., NIA, NIQS, NSE, COREN).
