Job Summary
- We are seeking a smart and result-driven Female Tele Sales Executive to drive sales through outbound calls, lead conversion, and customer relationship management.
Key Responsibilities
- Generate leads through cold calling and follow-ups
- Convert prospects into paying customers
- Manage the full sales cycle from lead to closure
- Handle customer objections and inquiries effectively
- Maintain accurate customer records and update CRM
- Prepare periodic sales reports
- Achieve monthly/quarterly sales targets
- Ensure customer satisfaction and retention
Requirements
- HND in a relevant field
- Minimum of 3 years’ experience in telesales or similar role
- Proven track record of meeting or exceeding sales targets
- Strong communication and persuasion skills
- Good phone etiquette and customer handling skills
- Result-driven with strong work ethic.
Salary
₦100,000 – ₦120,000 / Month (plus incentives).
