Job Description
- Effectively manage the day to day affairs of the Bank
- Effective supervision & coordination of Bank's vision, mission and goals
- Maintaining a proactive work environment that is highly responsible and target driven
- Manage strategic relationships (both internal and external) & develop a first class microfinance institution
Experience & Qualifications
- Minimum of eight years post qualification experience out & which must be in the financial services industry and at least three at the senior management level
- A minimum of first degree or its equivalent in any discipline (additional qualification or degree or degree in any finance related discipline may be an advantage)
- MBA, ACCA and ICAN is a plus
- Exposure to regulatory frameworks
- Project & people management
- Excellent communication and presentation skills
- CIBN Microfinance certification an advantage

- Proficiency in the use of English language
- Presentation & negotiation skills
- Communications skills (Oral& Written)
