Job Title: HVAC Sales Manager
Location: Lagos
Summary
- The HVAC Sales Manager works as a technical sales contact point to engineers, architects, national account managers, contractors, and owners/developers in the design, application and sale of HVAC systems across our distributor network.
- Must be able to establish and maintain strong relationship throughout product sales cycle.
Essential Duties and Responsibilities
- To perform this job successfully an individual must be able to perform each essential duty satisfactorily, other duties may be assigned.
- Contact and call on consulting engineers, mechanical contractors, architects, national account managers, owners/end users, representatives, both independently and with our sales team to achieve annual sales and gross margins.
- Create new business through organized Prospecting and increase our share of busthess.
- Create short-term and long-range planning by market that Includes and intricate progression of customer contacts.
- Maintain current knowledge of competitive products and system characteristics, including knowledge of local competitive pricing.
- Actively Participate in local and regional trade organizations and trade shows.
- Able to convey customer requirement to product Management team(s).

Academic Qualification
- Master of Science (M.Sc) Mech, Elect, or Marketing
- Bachelor of Science (BSC) Mach, Elect. or Marketing
- Bachelors Degree in Technology.
- Higher National Diploma Mech I Elect or Marketing
Post Graduation Experience
- 3+ years of proven sales track record of Heat Ventilation Air conditioning (HVAC) or
- Variable refregerant flow ( VRF) sales experience preferred but not essential.
- Solid understanding of HVAC principles.
- Strong presentation skills.
- Demonstrated capability in developing cross functional teams.
- Proficient with a PC and Microsoft Office applications.
