Job Summary
- We are seeking a results-driven Field Sales Representative to drive business growth through active customer acquisition, relationship management, and sales execution across assigned territories.
- The ideal candidate will be responsible for identifying new opportunities, closing deals, and consistently meeting sales targets.
Requirements
- Minimum of HND in a related field
- Minimum of 3 years proven experience in sales, business development, or customer-facing roles
- Proven track record of meeting or exceeding sales targets
- Strong knowledge of prospecting, lead generation, and closing techniques
- Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills
- Strong analytical mindset and work ethic
- Self-motivated and result-driven.
Salary & Benefits
- ₦100,000 – ₦150,000
- Transportation Allowance
- Sales Incentives.
