MISS Limited - We are a leasing association in Nigeria, representing member leasing companies. We provide advocacy, networking, capacity building, and business development support to our members. We collaborate actively with directors of other leasing associations across the country.

The opportunity

• You will not just support strategy you willbuildour commercial engine.
• From launching a premium data benchmarking service to securing six-figure sponsorship deals, your work will directly fund our advocacy and member services.

What you’ll do

• Lead our strategic planning and plans, tracking market shifts (EV leasing, AI underwriting, ESG).
• Develop new income streams: paid certifications, industry awards, insight reports, and digital roundtables.
• Forge partnerships with top tech, legal, and data firms to bring exclusive benefits to members.
• Work closely with leasing CEOs, regulators, and industry influencers.

What you bring

• Deep experience in leasing, asset finance, or a related financial services sector.
• A track record of hitting commercial targets you know how to package and sell value to members and sponsors.
• Confidence to present to Boards and lead strategic workshops.
• A passion for the leasing industry’s digital and green transformation.
