Job Title: Social Media Specialist

Location: Awoyaya, Lagos
Employment Type: Full-time

Job Summary

• We are looking for a creative and results-driven Social Media Specialist to join our growing team.
• If you are passionate about digital marketing, content creation, and driving engagement across platforms, this role is for you.

Key Responsibilities

• Develop and implement social media strategies to increase brand awareness and engagement
• Create, schedule, and manage content across platforms (Instagram, Facebook, TikTok, LinkedIn, etc.)
• Monitor social media trends and adjust campaigns accordingly
• Manage paid advertising campaigns (Meta Ads, etc.)
• Analyse performance metrics and provide regular reports
• Engage with followers, respond to comments/messages, and build an online community

Requirements

• Proven experience in social media management or digital marketing
• Strong understanding of social media platforms and algorithms
• Excellent content creation and copywriting skills
• Experience with social media tools (e.g., Hootsuite, Buffer, Meta Business Suite)
• Ability to analyse data and optimise performance
• Creative mindset with attention to detail.

Salary
N150,000 - N200,000 per month.
