Job Title: Investor Relation Manager

Location: Lagos (Remote)

Job Summary 

• We are seeking a detail-oriented and commercially aware Investor Relations Manager to support capital raising, manage investor pipelines, and strengthen engagement with high-net-worth and institutional investors.

Role Overview

• You will work closely with the Head of Investor Relations to drive investor outreach, manage engagement pipelines, and support deal execution. This role is ideal for professionals looking to build a strong career in investment, capital markets, and investor relations.

Key Responsibilities
Investor Prospecting & Outreach:

• Identify and engage HNIs, family offices, and institutional investors
• Conduct research and qualify investor leads
• Support targeted outreach and relationship building

 Investor Communications:

• Prepare pitch decks, investment memos, and investor materials
• Draft professional investor emails, updates, and follow-ups
• Support presentations, meetings, and roadshows

Pipeline & CRM Management:

• Maintain investor database and track all engagements
• Monitor pipeline progress, conversions, and follow-ups
• Generate reports and flag risks or gaps

Deal & Due Diligence Support:

• Assist with investor meetings, documentation, and data rooms
• Coordinate due diligence and investor communications
• Track feedback and engagement outcomes

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Economics, Business, or related field
• 3–5 years’ experience in finance, investment, BD, or banking
• Strong interest in capital markets and investor engagement
• Proficiency in Excel, PowerPoint, and CRM tools.

Salary
N200,000 – N250,000 (Net) per month.
