Job Summary

• We are looking for a Quality Control Officer/Quality Assurance to ensure our products consistently meet the right standards before reaching customers.
• The role involves checking materials and finished goods, spotting and reporting issues, and working closely with the production team to maintain high quality.

Key Responsibilities

• Monitor food quality and ensure consistency across operations
• Conduct routine hygiene and food safety inspections
• Ensure compliance with company standards and procedures
• Support the training of staff on quality and hygiene practices
• Document quality checks and report issues for improvement

Requirements

• 1–2 years of experience in hospitality, kitchen, or QA/QC role
• HND / B.Sc Degree in Food Science, Food Tech, Foods and Nutrition, etc.
• Background in Culinary Arts / Hospitality Management
• Basic knowledge of food safety standards (HACCP is a plus)
• Good attention to detail and communication skills
• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment.
