Job Title: Sales Manager

Location: Ikeja, Lagos
Employment Type: Full Time

Job Summary

  • The ideal candidate is result-driven, persuasive, and experienced in closing high-value deals.

Key Responsibilities

  • Identify, develop, and convert new sales opportunities for real estate products
  • Generate leads through networking, referrals, and strategic prospecting
  • Conduct property presentations, site inspections, and client meetings
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with clients and investors
  • Meet and exceed monthly and quarterly sales targets
  • Negotiate deals and ensure successful closure of transactions
  • Provide clients with accurate information on property offerings and market trends
  • Maintain proper documentation of sales activities and client interactions
  • Collaborate with marketing and management teams to drive sales campaigns

Requirements

  • Minimum of OND/HND/B.Sc. in Marketing, Business Administration, or related field
  • 2–5 years proven experience in sales (real estate experience is a strong advantage)
  • Strong communication, negotiation, and closing skills
  • Target-driven with a track record of meeting or exceeding sales goals
  • Good knowledge of the Lagos real estate market is an added advantage
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team
  • Professional appearance and strong interpersonal skills
