Job Summary
- We are seeking a passionate and creative Music Teacher to join our academic team.
- The ideal candidate will inspire students, develop their musical skills, and foster an appreciation for music through engaging theory and practical lessons.
Key Responsibilities
- Teach music theory, vocal training, and practical music lessons
- Train students in singing, rhythm, notation, and basic instrument use
- Prepare students for assemblies, concerts, and school events
- Lead or support choir, band, or music club activities
- Assess students’ progress and maintain academic records
- Maintain a positive and disciplined learning environment
Qualifications & Experience
- Bachelor’s degree in Music, Music Education, or a related field
- Teaching qualification / TRCN registration (or in progress) is an advantage
- 1–3 years’ teaching experience preferred
- Ability to play one or more musical instruments
