Role Overview
- We are seeking a highly organized, discreet, and proactive Executive Assistant to provide comprehensive executive and administrative support to the Managing Director.
Key Responsibilities
- Manage the Director's calendar, appointments, and daily schedule with strategic prioritization.
- Coordinate meetings, prepare agendas, and document accurate minutes, with follow-through on action items.
- Handle confidential correspondence and maintain structured, accessible records.
- Liaise with internal teams and external stakeholders on behalf of the Director.
- Arrange local and international travel, including detailed itineraries and logistics.
- Coordinate events, engagements, and speaking appearances end-to-end.
- Draft high-quality memos, reports, and official communications.
- Run professional and personal errands as required.
- Assist with special projects and operational initiatives as assigned.
Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree
- Minimum of 8 years’ experience in a Personal Assistant or Executive Assistant role.
- Exceptional organizational and time management capabilities.
- Strong written and verbal communication skills.
- High level of discretion, professionalism, and emotional intelligence.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook).
