Job Title: Montessori Nursery Teacher

Locations: Victoria Island & Abijo (Awoyaya) - Lagos
Employment Type: Full-time

Key Role

• We are seeking a warm, nurturing, and passionate Montessori Nursery Teacher to provide a stimulating and supportive early learning environment for our pupils.

Key Responsibilities

• Deliver engaging lessons in line with approved Montessori methods, schemes, and school policies
• Monitor pupils’ learning and provide continuous feedback on progress and development
• Identify pupils with additional learning needs and collaborate with specialists for support
• Maintain a positive, structured, and disciplined classroom environment
• Provide pastoral care and support the overall development of each child
• Assess and record pupils’ progress through observations, tests, and reports
• Build and maintain strong relationships with parents through regular communication
• Foster teamwork and contribute to a collaborative school environment

Requirements

• Qualification from a certified higher institution.
• Diploma in Montessori.
• Experience working with nursery-aged children.
• Strong communication skills with good diction and a well-modulated voice.
• Child-friendly, patient, and nurturing personality.
• Ability to work collaboratively within a team.
