We are recruiting to fill the position below:
Job Title: Resourcing / Vetting Officer
Location: Port Harcourt, Rivers
Employment Type: Full-time
Responsibilities
- Recruit Guards for clients with man guard needs
- Screen resourced / recruited candidates for training.
- Administer the company employment form and guide candidates to fill them properly.
- Ensure proper update of staff records.
- Overseeing employee orientation and training.
- Liaising between employees and management.
- Managing employee/client complaints.
- Undertaking communications and interpersonal skills training.
- Arranging employee physical examinations.
- Collaborate with other departments for voucher payments etc
- Any other tasks assigned.
Requirements
- Minimum of ONDqualification.
- Knowledge of Microsoft word / excel.
- Work experience in a security company is an added advantage.
- Candidate must be resident in Portharcout and it's environs well.
- Must be Male.
- Ability to resource and vet security guards for new locations and replacement.
- Good communication skill, ability to work without supervision.
Salary
N200,000 - N250,000 per month.
