Job Title: Senior Interior Architect

Location: Abuja (FCT) 
Employment Type: Full-time

Key Responsibilities

• Lead the entire design process from client briefing and concept development through to final project delivery​
• Interpret client briefs and translate them into innovative, functional interior design solutions​
• Develop concept presentations, mood boards, and design narratives that clearly communicate design vision​
• Participate in site meetings, inspections, and project supervision​
• Work closely with project managers, contractors, and suppliers to ensure design intent is accurately executed​
• Address design modifications and provide solutions during construction​
• Mentor and support junior designers; coordinate a team of interior architects​
• Manage multiple projects and maintain clear communication with all stakeholders​

Qualifications

• Bachelor's or Master's Degree in Architecture, Interior Design, Building Technology, or a related construction discipline​
• Minimum 7+ years of professional experience in architecture or interior design​
• Experience in high-end residential or luxury interior projects is highly desirable​
• B.Sc/HND in Architectural Technology or Design is also accepted in some firms.

Technical Skills Required:

• SketchUp, Enscape, D5 Render, Revit Architecture​
• Autodesk AutoCAD​
• Adobe Creative Cloud (Photoshop, InDesign)​
• Premiere Pro or Camtasia; Canva.
