Job Title: Production Engineer

Location: Ikeja, Lagos

Job Summary

• We are seeking a skilled and driven Production Engineer to join our team and contribute to operational excellence.

Key Responsibilities

• Plan, coordinate, and oversee daily production activities to meet set targets.
• Ensure adherence to quality, safety, and regulatory standards in production processes.
• Monitor, troubleshoot, and maintain production equipment to minimize downtime.
• Support continuous process improvement and efficiency initiatives.
• Collaborate with other departments (Quality Assurance, Maintenance, Supply Chain) to ensure smooth operations.
• Prepare and maintain production reports and documentation.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s Degree in Mechanical Engineering.
• 3–5 years’ experience as a Production Engineer, preferably in the foam manufacturing or related industry.
• Strong technical and analytical skills with hands-on experience in production machinery and processes.
• Good understanding of quality and safety standards in manufacturing.
• Excellent problem-solving skills and ability to work under pressure.
• Strong leadership, communication, and teamwork abilities.
