We are recruiting to fill the position below:

Job Title: Junior Sales Operations Officer

Location: GRA, Ikeja - Lagos
Employment Type: Full-time

The Role

  • As a Sales Operations Officer, you’ll be the analytical backbone of our Sales team.
  • You’ll transform raw sales data into actionable insights, build dashboards that leadership relies on, and partner closely with Sales, Marketing, and Finance to drive smarter business decisions.

Key Responsibilities

  • Analyze sales performance data to identify trends, opportunities, and areas for improvement
  • Build and maintain dashboards and reports
  • Track key sales metrics, including pipeline health, conversion rates, quota attainment, and revenue forecasts
  • Partner with Sales leadership to develop territory planning, quota setting, and incentive compensation models
  • Conduct ad hoc analyses to support strategic initiatives and business reviews
  • Track the attendance and productivity of the sales team in various markets

Requirements

  • 1–2years of experience in sales operations preferably in a FMCG environment
  • Advanced Excel/Google Sheets skills
  • Solid understanding of sales processes, funnels, and KPIs
  • Excellent communication skills — you can turn complex data into clear stories
  • Detail-oriented with strong problem-solving instinct

Salary
N150,000 per month (Gross).
