Job Summary

• Yum Yum Café & Pastries is looking for an experienced and creative Caterer who is skilled in cooking and also able to develop, improve, and standardize recipes across our outlets.

Job Responsibilities

• Prepare high-quality meals in line with company standards.
• Develop, curate, and revamp recipes to improve taste and consistency.
• Ensure proper food presentation and portion control.
• Maintain kitchen hygiene and food safety standards.
• Train and guide kitchen staff on recipes and preparation methods.
• Monitor food quality and consistency across production.
• Work with management to improve menu offerings.

Requirements

• Proven experience as a Chef, Cook, or Caterer.
• Strong knowledge of recipe development and food preparation.
• Ability to innovate and improve existing meals.
• Good understanding of kitchen operations in a QSR environment.
• Strong attention to detail and quality.
• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment.
