About the Job
- We are seeking a highly skilled and results-driven Ticketing Sales Executive with strong expertise in airline ticketing and a passion for driving revenue growth.
- This role requires someone who is both operationally sound and commercially minded — able to manage ticketing processes while identifying and converting sales opportunities.
Key Responsibilities
- Manage end-to-end ticketing operations using Sabre or Amadeus GDS
- Handle flight bookings, reissues, cancellations, and fare calculations with accuracy
- Drive sales of travel products and services to meet and exceed revenue targets
- Build and maintain strong relationships with clients and travel partners
- Identify and execute partnership opportunities to support business growth
- Provide prompt and professional support on travel-related inquiries
- Ensure compliance with airline policies and industry regulations
Requirements
- 3–4 years’ experience in ticketing and travel sales
- Proficiency in Sabre or Amadeus GDS (mandatory)
- Demonstrated ability to drive sales and achieve targets
- Strong communication and client engagement skills
- High attention to detail and problem-solving ability
- Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, target-driven environment.
