Job Title: Sales Executive

Location: Owerri, Imo
Employment Type: Full-time

Job Overview

  • The Sales Executive will beresponsible for driving revenue growth through the acquisition of new clients and the management of existing accounts.
  • The role focuses on executing the company’s sales strategy, building strong customer relationships, and ensuring consistent achievement of sales targets while upholding company standards and SOPs.

Key Responsibilities

  • Business Development: Identify, prospect, and acquire new clients to expand the company’s customer base.
  • Sales Execution: Present, promote, and sell products/services to prospective clients using persuasive communication and negotiation skills.
  • Client Relationship Management:Build and maintain strong, long-term relationships with clients to ensure repeat business and customer loyalty.
  • Pipeline Management: Maintain an active sales pipeline, track leads, and follow up consistently to close deals.
  • Market Intelligence: Monitor market trends, competitor activities, and customer needs to identify new business opportunities.
  • Collaboration: Work closely with Marketing, Customer Care, and Operations teams to ensure seamless service delivery.
  • Reporting: Prepare regular sales reports, forecasts, and performance updates for management review.

Specifications

  • Minimum of B.Sc / HND in Business Administration, Marketing, or related field.
  • 2 years of proven sales experience.
  • Track record of achieving or exceeding sales targets.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office and CRM tools is an added advantage.

  • Strong ability to close deals and influence decisions.
  • Excellent verbal and written communication.
  • Ability to build trust and maintain client relationships.
  • Strong drive to meet and exceed sales targets.
  • Ability to prioritize tasks and manage multiple prospects.

Salary
N160,000 per month.
