Job Overview

  • This is an entry-level sales position designed for ambitious sales manager with a keen interest in Financial market Sales, Trading, and Client services as a solid foundation for a successful career in Forex Brokerage Sales.

Key Responsibilities

  • Sell company products effectively and efficiently.
  • Meet daily call targets and consistently convert leads to sales.
  • Achieve and exceed monthly sales targets and objectives.
  • Provide regular sales reports, forecasts, and insights to management.
  • Develop and execute strategic sales plans to expand the client base and market share in the forex trading industry.
  • Client account management and provide exceptional client experience.
  • Conduct market research and provide insights to enhance trading strategies.
  • Participate in training programs and on-the-job learning to develop key skills.
  • Market analyses and taking market pulse.
  • Identify and capitalize on new business opportunities, building strong relationships with key clients and Introducing Brokers.
  • Analyze market trends, client needs, and competitor activities to refine and enhance sales strategies.
  • Collaborate with the marketing team to develop and execute strategies for lead generation, client acquisition, and brand awareness.
  • Always improve performance and drive professional growth.
  • Contribute to operational efficiency by supporting back-office functions.

Qualifications and Requirements

  • A Bachelor’s Degree or HND in Finance, Economics, Business Administration, or a related field from a reputable university.
  • Possess minimum of 2-years FX Sales experience.
  • Demonstrated success in achieving ambitious sales targets.
  • Strong passion for financial markets, trading, and investments.
  • Familiarity with Customer Relationship Management (CRM) software for managing client interactions and maintaining sales pipelines.
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
  • Strong Organizational and time management skills.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite.
  • Familiarity with trading platforms is an added advantage.
  • Analytical mindset with strong problem-solving abilities.
  • Eagerness to learn, adapt, and take on challenges in a fast-paced environment.
