Job Summary
- We are seeking a highly driven and strategic Product Manager to lead product planning, brand strategy, and market development activities for a pharmaceutical organisation.
Key Responsibilities
- Support strategic brand analysis to improve product performance
- Develop and implement brand and product growth strategies
- Plan and execute promotional and media campaigns
- Conduct in-depth market, industry & competitor analysis
- Design and track product performance measurement tools
- Conduct market research for new product development & improvements
- Drive strategic decisions to achieve brand and sales objectives.
Requirements
- B.Pharm or BSc in Microbiology, Biochemistry, Physiology, or Biological Sciences
- Minimum 4 years’ experience as a Product Manager, Detailing Representative
- Strong analytical and strategic thinking skills
- Excellent use of MS Excel & PowerPoint
- Strong communication & presentation skills
- Must reside in Onitsha or be willing to relocate at own cost
- Self-driven, goal-oriented, and business-minded.
Benefits
- Salary: N300,000 – N400,000
